Production and handling

Because each costume is unique – often with personally embroidered names, initials or quotes – each order is treated with great care. For larger orders from schools or student unions, we coordinate production in larger batches to ensure quality and delivery reliability.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Production time for personalized costumes: approximately 14-21 working days
  • Total delivery time: normally 20-30 working days depending on order size and location

Delivery

  • Delivery is made directly to the school or to the specified address.
  • Tracking number will be sent out when the order leaves our warehouse.

Important to know

  • Personally embroidered suits require longer lead times – we do not begin production until all details are confirmed
  • For collective school orders, the delivery date is coordinated with the contact person at the school or student union.
  • We also offer express options if needed – contact us for price and availability
